Advance
registration closes at 12 Noon (EST) on Friday, October 10th. After this
time, you will be able to register on-site at the Pines Manor beginning at
7:45am Monday (10/13/08) or 7:15am Tuesday (10/14/08).

are eligible to earn 7 PDUs for their participation in the conference day

Cancellation
Policy:

Cancellations
made prior to 8/14/08 will receive a full refund, minus a $75
administrative fee.

Cancellations
made between 8/14/08 and 9/18/08 will receive a full refund minus a $125
administrative fee.

Cancellations
made after 9/18/08 will not be entitled to any refund. Substitutions
are allowed.
